As a Real Estate Coach and Growth Strategist, I have become a "data-driven/numbers gal," but today I'm going to generalize female investors. Women like to have all the information before they take the plunge and invest. Still, statistics show that once we're comfortable with the numbers and feel confident that we know what we're doing, we make phenomenal investors!
This week on the Women, Wealth, and Impact Podcast, I share the pros and cons of investing in the Philadelphia market from all angles to help investors identify the best opportunity for them.

I have a confession: I've never been particularly interested in money.
Sure, I've always dreamed of being rich (what kid hasn't), but my initial interest in personal finance was about helping others and less about making sure my bank accounts were swimming in cash.
However, as I've gotten older, became a mom, and started my Real Estate Investing Business, I've realized that having wealth comes with benefits! And those benefits shouldn't be available to more women of color #period.
Luckily for me (and you!), there are plenty of ways to make your dreams of financial freedom come true if you're ready to put in the time and effort necessary to achieve them.
So here's the deal: Wealthy women have a financial blueprint that they use to gain financial success. This blog post can help you map your Blueprint if you're ready.
Wealthy women understand that their Blueprint is as unique as their DNA. Your Blueprint is simply a financial plan a...
Something I’m reading
This week has been so hectic that I did not get a chance to start a new book. I'm finishing up writing my book, and the research I am doing to make this book a top resource for women has taken up much of my time. I'm grateful, though, and will return to my weekly reading regime starting today.
Something I'm teaching...
After last week’s Masterclass, it became more apparent that, as women, we need more education around awareness of financial growth. Many of us put it aside and “just get by,” which is not acceptable because our potential is so much bigger than that. I'm doing the Masterclass again this Saturday (1/28) at 10 am to give women the blueprint of achieving their wealth goals through home ownership and real estate investing. Join us this coming Saturday if you have not already registered

Every week I will share something I'm reading, something I'm teaching, something I have photographed, something I'm excited about, and something I can answer.
I just finished reading The 12-Week Year for the 3rd time. Think you can't achieve Big Goals in small amounts of time? Think again. In the book, The 12-Week Year, the authors explain why planning your goals around shorter timelines works (P.S. I will show you how I use this process inside the $5k in 30 Day Challenge).
Increasing your chances of succeeding with your goals is highly unlikely if you don't take some action and write them. A study led by Gail Matthews, a Dominican University's Department of Psychology professor, found that those who wrote down their goals had a 42% success rate. In comparison, those who also committed publicly to their goals had a 60% success rate. But the highest success rate was found in those who added weekly accountability with a friend, with a completion rate of 76%. So a...
Women often face unique challenges when investing in real estate. Learn how to navigate these obstacles and find out how to start investing today.
Today was exciting because one of my cohort students was able to close on her first investment property, and I asked her what was the thing that triggered her, and what worked.
Angel is the sweetest woman in the world and told me it was the checklist of the steps I took everyone through for them to learn to invest in Real Estate. A lot of us lack a blueprint when it comes to our finances. Most of the information is vague it tells us the little pieces, and then we end up in the same position we started.
For sure, we want to start investing, but for whatever reason, we get sidetracked we decide that it's not for us even though it's something that we want to do and put it on the back burner for so many various reasons.
I'm happy that Angel Followed the steps and decided to bet on herself when it came to investing in real estate! She is already planning for the next one, and I can't wait to help her do it.
You asked for it, and now it's here. I've put together a special ev...

When we discuss generational wealth as black women, we must examine the cycle of procrastination. Procrastination can look like showing up for everyone else BUT yourself; it can also look like putting your dreams on the back burner because you're waiting for the "right" time. In the latest podcast episode, I introduce you to my client, Topaz. She stopped AND started my real-estate investing program 3 TIMES. Hear what happened when she got out of her own way.
In this week’s episode, I am so excited to announce the program that is going to change so many lives of women wanting to buy a home, but not really knowing what steps to take. Today is launch day the Fire Up Your Finances program is finally here. Take a listen to the episode to hear how this can help you on your journey.
I explain the program in this podcast and tell you how you can take the time to really start the process of buying a home and not just say you are doing it, but actually write out a plan and strategy to do it in six months. We talk about first time home buyer programs.
Once you listen take some time to schedule an Enrollment Call with me.
